The cops does not let anyone operate a sound device without permit anymore because of the stupid racist Israelites who took advantage of it and caused much chaos in that area of Times Square.
But the NYPD needs to straighten their policies. Because they fluctuate between this. Sometimes they give you summons or sometimes they just tell you to move.
They usually warn you couple of times to stop the activity. But you got these a**hole cops who think they can arrest you because of that and for some reason they get away with it. Stupid police state.
