How we practice centering to be in contact with a greater centering process at work in our lives. Strephon tells true stories of centering experiences he has had in life, such as in Aikido and waste paper basket throwing.

This guy is smart and very realistic!
  ggjeffy says:
I really appreciate what he says about ppl focusing on physical things like yoga and ikido but never get the spiritual benefits of practicing those. Reminds me of seeing people running with their yoga mats in a panic to get to their yoga class on time.
  antichrist says:
lmao.... spirit? can someone define spirit clearly... do you mean the holistic sense of self? I mean that would make sense but spirit in the sense of soul or anything else i don't buy.

  strephon says:
ggjeffy - practicing realism makes us smarter? -spirit in matter, as Jung discovered in Alchemy, not the Christian split of spirit (good) and matter (bad) -yoga, sex, aikido, running, eating, centering, meditation - all forms to find source-energy. Find the energy source within and in relating?
  strephon says:
antichrist - at essence using core thinking: the universe is form plus energy plus intention - everything is built from this? - what we experience directly is what is for us? Core principles we practice? Things like 'soul' may be beliefs, images, attitudes, not perceptions based on experience?
