Whip cream till it peaks and cover generously.
Finally, grate milk chocolate over the top.
Then 1-2 hours in fridge
A similar method makes an very nice cheese cake, swap caramel for mascarpone cheese, mix in some fruit and flavourings to your taste.
Then either finish there, add cream or add a thin gelatine glaze with patterned fruits on top.
