This recording begins at 1:07 AM on a Friday night with a Still and Box Alarm at 6912 N. Ashland Ave. on the orders of the Main Fire Alarm Office due to the numerous reports of people trapped. At 1:14 AM Batt 9 requested a 2-11 amidst people hanging out the windows of their apartments and an EMS Plan 1 for 5 ambulances was ordered. This clip really shows off the fine work of the CFD and CPD from the 24th District who assisted victims and provided traffic control (in left channel).
