Yes, the quality is shitty. But the cartoons that have been released on DVD have been edited/censored. Seeing Beavis & Butthead in its original form was made possible by dozens of fans digitizing their VHS tapes that were recorded off of MTV back in the day. It's a beautiful thing, really.
