Wanted to make a tutorial for users to get started broadcasting their games on the PC. Here is how I currently do it.

These are the settings and programs I use for my configuration (using XP). I do not know if this will work for XP64, Vista, Vista64 or Mac OS. No additional hardware is needed(i.e. capture card)! I used ZD Soft Screen Recorder (Free) to record this (http://www.zdsoft.com/screen-recorder/) and Adobe Premiere Pro 2.0 to edit the movie.
