Hi, I'm 32 and I can't seem to loose wt. I work out 6 days a week. I take purple wraath, labrada protein shakes. I kickbox 3 times a week, 2 days stairclimb. 60 min sessions on these 2 activities and wt train 2 to 3 times a week for 1.5 hrs
