As long as you have big biz meds pushin man made pills makin record profits off the artificial stuff you will have natural drugs being pushed in the black market by the big bizz dealers an the killing crap pushed by the low lifes who are just lookin for the payoff.
Does regulation assit in removing the profit margin of drugs be they legal or illegal ? nope. The war on drugs is not being fought in the right place therefore it will never be a winning war.
